Duo Recovery
Log into Bootloader

Reboot the Duo. The device will pause for twenty seconds giving you an opportunity to enter the root password. During the pause, the green heartbeat (HBT) LED, is constantly lit. Type the password. The factory default password is xxx. If the EtherPAD does not recognize a valid password within the twenty-second interval, the normal boot procedure will start. This can be recognized by a rapidly blinking heartbeat LED. Once the boot process has completed, the heartbeat will revert to a steady beat of approximately once a second.
